In 2006, we started GoSili because it was time to do things differently. We were tired of not having options other than a plastic cup or disposable straw. Before it was cool, we started making the best silicone stuff on the market — stylish and modern, tough, and 100% nontoxic.GoSili is dedicated to building a social movement away from toxic and unsustainable plastic wares by providing the alternative to them! PLASTIC SUCKS (#SorryNotSorry)
We’re looking to stop the endless cycle of buying things that don’t last and single use products that spend half a millennia in a landfill. Our silicone products last forever, are completely safe and nontoxic, and can be recycled if they ever wear out. YOU'RE WHAT CHANGES EVERYTHING
You don’t have to love composting or brew your own kombucha to make a difference. Choose silicone over plastic, create less trash, and you choose a better future for the planet, andfor yourself. FOR OUR PLANET
Even as Americans throw away 500 million straws and 40 million coffee cups a day, we know one thing — we can still turn this thing around.
Created to last
Since you put our products where your mouth is, we make them out of REALLY good materials. We don’t use any plastic in our products, ever — just the highest grade European silicone on the market.
No sketchy fillers — EVER

CHANGE THE CULTURE GoSili is the first brand which focuses on creating silicone products that have high-end design at affordable prices competing directly with plastic. The company is dedicated to building a social movement away from toxic and unsustainable plastic wares by providing the alternative to them. With the excessive amount of plastic table wares linked to negative health and environmental issues, GoSili is creating a cultural shift away from the overuse of these “throw away” plastics. As GoSili continues to grow its brands, the primary goal is to promote the silicone benefit, lead the industry and change the way we live.
WHAT IS SILICONE ANYWAY?
Silicone is a man-made material created from the element, silicon. Silicon is the second most abundant element on earth and is found pretty much everywhere, nestled in rock and sand, a lot of times as quartz.
To take it from rock and sand to silicone, the quartz is super-heated, super-cooled, and then super-broken-down into tiny pieces, before it gets ground down and mixed with to make it into the stuff of super tough straws and more.
NON TOXIC• • •
Silicone, unlike plastic, never leeches toxic materials into foods and drinks. Because it’s completely inert and safe to heat to super high temperatures, it’s safe to use for both cold and hot drinks, and is perfect for kids and babies
No sketchy fillers in our stuff — EVER
SUSTAINABLE• • •
GoSili products are made 100% plastic-free, with just two materials: European grade silicone and microwaveable stainless steel in our cups.
Silicone is pretty much indestructible, contains ZERO petroleum products, and can even be recycled.
Silicone is CRAZY tough, but won’t chip a tooth if you bite down on a straw. We’ve created silicone products that are easy to use and clean, and that literally hold up for DECADES:
HOW TO GET STARTED WITHSILICONE
Making the switch to silicone doesn’t have to happen all at once — it all starts with swapping one thing out at a time. Here’s how we suggest getting plastic out of your routine, without just dumping it all into a trash can:
Start with your morning coffee. If you’ve gotta hit the drive-thru caffeine every morning, you’ve gotta get asilicone coffee thermos. Keep one in the car and one at home, and just swap them out every day for cleaning.
Don’t buy any more sandwich bags. The next time you run out of plastic bags, don’t buy another box — get areusable silicone snack baginstead.
Start saying no to straws, and carry your own. It’s tough to get into the habit of doing at first, but practice makes perfect. Stash a few of ourreusable silicone strawsin your car or purse, and start telling restaurants to hold the straw for you.
Bring your own cup. It’s not weird, it’sawesome. Keep asilicone straw cupwith you, and use them when you grab fast food — just tell the restaurant to charge you for the same size drink and keep their cups to themselves.
See what can be recycled.Plastics are the pits, but throwing it away is not the solution. Figure out what your plastic utensils and cups are made of and where you can recycle them, and start gradually replacing them with nontoxic, silicone alternatives.
