SuperMom Headquarters generally ships same day or next business day, but please allow up to three business days for processing - especially during sales and other busy times. A business day is Monday through Friday, 12pm EST to 11:59am EST. (If you place an order after noon on a Friday, your order would be considered to have been received on Monday, as long as Monday is not a holiday.) We ship Tuesday through Friday, except in instances of United States holidays, when shipping carriers do not operate. Shipping rates are based on weight and may be selected by the customer during checkout. Please note that if your order contains pre-order items, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you need in-stock items more quickly, please complete separate transactions. All pre-order items are expected to ship within 14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page (in the product description).
If selecting In-Store Pickup, please note that we are located at 1330 Villa Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46203. You will receive an e-mail or text message when your order is ready for pickup. Please notify us by text 661-727-3261 before your arrival so that we can arrange contactless pickup. We offer local delivery to any zip code beginning with 462, for a fee.
We have partnered with Shipped to offer premium package assurance from unexpected shipment issues of damage, loss, or theft, simplifying the process to get a replacement or refund quickly.
How does it work?
- Step 1: SuperMom Headquarters adds Shipped Shield to your order at time of checkout, and you get instant premium package assurance from damage, loss, or theft when at least one of the items in the order is shipped.
- Step 2: If something goes wrong with your protected order, easily report the issue via the SuperMom Headquarters Shield Center
- Step 3: Shipped reviews the shipment issue, and upon approval, a replacement order will be issued. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued back to the original payment account.

SuperMom Headquarters has partnered with Shipped Green to neutralize the carbon emissions from your online purchase. Once the order is shipped, the purchased carbon credits will be recorded at the project carbon registry with a certificate issued to SuperMom Headquarters. With the issued certificate, we can track our carbon credit journey and track our climate impact.
For shipping through forwarding companies: we are only able to track packages until their delivery to the forwarder. We cannot ensure safe or timely delivery to you from the forwarding company, and we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Any customs fees, including import fees, VAT, or duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer. SuperMom Headquarters cannot be held liable for packages deemed undeliverable or held by the carrier due to unpaid fees.
Unfortunately, due to licensing agreements, we are unable to sell products to customers outside of the United States and Canada.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and be in sellable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please request a refund or exchange via our Return Portal. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible. Apparel items cannot be returned for sizing issues. Please consult the appropriate sizing chart(s) prior to purchase. If your refund or exchange is approved, you have 14 calendar days to return the item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless requested to do so.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, such as food, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item that has been opened or not in its original
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
If you received any gift with purchase, we request that you also return that gift if you're returning the item(s) that qualified you to receive the gift. If the gift is not returned, SuperMom Headquarters reserves the right to deduct the market value of that gift from your refund.
In the event you discover a manufacturing defect, please request a refund through our Return Portal. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with photos and a description of the defect(s). Requests will be reviewed and submitted to the manufacturer. If your return is approved, either SuperMom Headquarters or the manufacturer may send you a return shipping label to return the product. You'll then have 14 calendar days to return the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Your refund will equal the original purchase price of the returned item; shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Items returned more than 30 days after original purchase or more than 14 days after a refund or exchange is requested, whichever is longer, are not eligible for refund or exchange, except where prior approval has been granted, at the discretion of SuperMom Headquarters.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please request an exchange through our Return Portal.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
